A significant portion of RINGELRY jewelry may be made to order.

Production may begin after an order is confirmed and may involve:

  • Diamond or gemstone sourcing

  • CAD design

  • Casting

  • Gold manufacturing

  • Stone setting

  • Polishing

  • Finishing

  • Quality inspection

  • Customization

Because custom products may be manufactured specifically for you, cancellation, return, and exchange restrictions may apply.

Custom Jewelry

Custom or personalized jewelry may include:

  • Custom ring sizes

  • Engraving

  • Custom CAD designs

  • Customer-selected diamonds

  • Customer-selected gemstones

Once production has started, custom or personalized jewelry generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where RINGELRY determines that the product has a manufacturing defect or was incorrectly produced.

Section 8 — Ring Size & Customer Specifications

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size and reviewing all customization details before placing an order.

We strongly recommend obtaining a professional ring-size measurement.

For custom orders, customers may be responsible for costs associated with incorrect sizing or customer-requested modifications.

Where technically possible, RINGELRY may offer resizing services subject to applicable fees and design limitations.

Section 9 — CAD & Design Approval

For certain custom orders, RINGELRY may provide CAD designs, renderings, measurements, or other design information for customer approval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Diamond/gemstone specifications

  • Dimensions

  • Personalization

  • Other order specifications

Once a design is approved, production may begin.

RINGELRY is not responsible for customer-approved specifications that were accurately incorporated into the final product.

Section 10 — Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, promotional errors, typographical errors, or technical errors.

If an order is placed using an incorrect price resulting from an error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Payments are processed through available payment providers and applicable Shopify payment services.

We do not intentionally store complete payment-card information.
